Updates...

I don't know that I really have all that much to say...

Wyatt and I are back in our home, although it's not completely finished it's good to be back. Sometimes I get a little freaked out at night with no one else there. I've thought that I need to find a man to come live with me, but I should probably marry him first. I'll get on that. I need to get all my stuff done, because this friday i'm having movie night with the kiddies! Drew, Ella, Charlotte and Wyatt. So this should be an adventure! Drew is totally excited about it though, and so am I. I'll have to get some pictures posted of that escapade!

Work is going okay. I decided today that I'm going to get back on track. I've been in a funk for far too long. My boss today has been seriously talking about moving our office to her house. Which could have it's perks! But may make things a little more difficult in some aspects. She is concerned about Wyatt and him getting bigger and what we are going to do with him. I'm just grateful that at this point day care is completely out of the question! What I would do without this job I have no idea! So I guess I can't really complain.

Last but not least my favorite picture of Wyatt for the week... well two of them!

But Yay for Andee having the easiest birth in america. We can't believe how dark her hair is, it's like black! But she's beautiful and I'm so excited and I'm sure Wyatt is too! Alright Kate.... Where's Tori?

toes

yesterday i just kinda had a rough day... it was long, i have no energy, i'm starting to dread a few things... and i had just about had it. but then i walk into the bedroom last night and wyatt's cute little toes are poking out of his blanket and they made me so happy. i think they are the cutest things ever! so i thought i would share! he's also trying to crawl! i can't believe how big he's getting, he can spin in circles and almost get up on his knees, but not quite. i'm sure it will happen any day now!he's being so cute today, so it makes work a little easier! not to mention i've only been in the office for two hours after a pointless meeting i had to attend. needless to say i'm in need of a major attitude change, so i'll get right on that!

whew!

90 minutes... i made it for the full 90 minutes! i think that going in and not having any expectations is the best thing. the yoga class went well and it's definately something i would like to continue to do. it was pretty hard, but the instructor was really amazed with amy and i. so that's always a good thing. some of the poses are SO stinking hard. twist your arm this way and put your leg here... lol or do a modified wuss version like i did. it wasn't until one of the last poses (sixth pose from the bottom...when your head is back the blood rushes to your freakin brain!) that i got pretty light headed and wanted to vomit all over the guy next to me. but i stayed strong! oh and as if trying something new like this isn't intimidating enough you aren't aloud to be next to the person you came with! although amy and i just had one guy inbetween us, so we were able to shoot each other looks like WTH are we doing here. but all in all it was a good experience and we both want to go back.

New Adventure!!

So Amy has been talking about this a ton lately and yesterday I got on board! She actually kinda freaked out a little in her Amy way and couldn't believe I'd do it with her. But I'm totally stoked.....
Bikram Yoga!!
What is Bikram Yoga you ask? I highlighted all the key points for those of you who would rather skip over all the mumbo jumbo so to speak!
Living yoga master Bikram Choudhury is a Hot Yoga innovator. His method of Hot Yoga is a set series of 26 yoga poses, including two pranayama exercises(breathing exercises), each of which is performed twice in a single 90 minute class*. Choudhury, who was born in Calcutta, India in 1946, founded the Yoga College of India in Beverly Hills in 1974. He and his wife Rajashree were both yoga champions in India.
The recommended temperature is minimum

105F degrees and about 40% humidity.
The room is kept at this temperature or more for the following:
Keeping the body from overheating (contrary to popular misconception)
Protecting the muscles to allow for deeper stretching
Detoxing the body (open pores to let toxins out)
Thinning the blood to clear the circulatory system
Increasing heart rate for better cardiovascular workout
Improving strength by putting muscle tissue in optimal state for reorganization
Reorganize the lipids (fat) in the muscular structure

I may be Crazy, but I really am excited about this! Amy was telling me that for the first time they recommend that you go on an empty stomache and be very well hydrated. First timers can get nauscious and pass out... so this saturday Amy and I are waking up early and are going to experience this HOT 90 minute yoga class! It's going to be awesome!!

*Chello! 90 Minutes of Torture! I haven't worked out for 90 minutes in awhile, so this could be very interesting!

good ol work

So, I'm at work and of course I could be doing something else rather than blogging. But then that's just no fun. And besides, I was sitting here working and look up and Wyatt has stopped bouncing all over the place in his toy and he is just smiling at me. It amazes me how big he is getting! It is so much fun. I don't know where the time has gone. I'm so excited for Kate and Andrea to have their babies! How fun to have some little ones around again.

Things at work and in the office have been changing... you know when you can just sense things. And I'm not too happy about it. My good friend Audrey is practically the reason the office runs the way it does and when she didn't show up yesterday for work I had a small panic attack. Not to mention that Nick Morgan will probably be leaving soon too! I am happy to report that Audrey is at work today, and my suspicions were right, but she has decided to stay for now. The office is going to pot, it's like watching the Titanic sink. So hopefully the good ones will hold out a little longer! And hopefully I can as well.

My Life as a Lifetime Original Movie Star

And you all think I'm joking. Just think of one of those lifetime movies where the wife finds out that the husband is married to like 3 different women. That's pretty much how I feel. Thank goodness I was never the wife. And then add about 10 girlfriends in there or something. It's crazy. But I am grateful for the outcome of all this insanity. Wyatt is the best thing ever. I look at him and can't help from smiling! Although this isn't the most ideal situation, I wouldn't change it for the world. I absolutely just love being a mom...

there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

I'm starting to get really excited. Everything is coming along at my place, FINALLY! It seems like this is taking a lifetime. The countertops were installed yesterday and they look SO nice! I absolutely love it. The pictures don't do it justice! So below is a picture of my kitchen, bathroom vanity, and the tile surround of the tub. It's all so great! Hopefully we can get everything wrapped up this weekend and during the week. It's going to be great!
