It's the most wonderful time of the year!

All of these pictures are out of order, but I didn't want to fuss. We start with Christmas Morning and work our way to Christmas Eve :) And there are a lot of pictures, so brace yourselves.

Christmas Morning!

Probably discussing their gifts :)

Ah! Pillow Pets!

Drew and Andrea stole my camera and snapped a few shots :)
Don't worry that what's up his nose is part of the toy he gave Wyatt in the gift exchange LOL

Looks like someone drank one of the gifts.

I love this Ella Rose, she is so sweet.

Wyatt the wiseman.

Ivy the wiseman, Charlotte the Angel, Tori the Shepard.

Mary and Joseph

I tried...

Christmas wedgie from Andrea!

Opening his Christmas Jammies
"Oh my gosh, mom! Monster trucks!"
He was thrilled!

Cousin gift exchange

He cracks me up, he always is doing some sort of goofy face.

My sweet boy!

Merry Christmas!

All of these photos are completely out of order, but I'm over it. We had such a great Christmas this year. I love spending time with my family and I am reminded of how grateful I am for every one of them and their continued support in our life. We had a great Christmas Eve party at the Warners with the usual crowd (minus Amy because she works too much). The kids played out the Nativity, we sang songs and then just had great food and hung out. Wyatt and I stay over at my mom's every year, it has become a tradition that I really cherish. I'm sure once I find a good guy that will all change. Not sure how he will feel being snuggled up in bed with my mom and Wyatt! But for now I love it. Christmas morning was so much fun, Wyatt was so excited about all the presents and I think having Christmas morning with Charlotte and Victoria adds to all the fun. We spent the next two days vegged out at my moms, it was great! Last night I was laying in bed with Wyatt and the only presents he really cares about are the ones from my mom and dad, he doesn't even remember what Santa brought him. "Santa brought me presents?" - Direct quite from my child. Yup Wy, Santa sure did. So looks like Santa is off the hook for next year!

Can anyone really believe that this year is already over? It passed by faster than I wanted it too, that's for sure. Wyatt turned 3 which was so crazy too me and in 6 more short months he will already be 4. I'm really excited to see what is in store for us this coming year. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and saying a few prayers.

Little boys say the sweetest things...

The other night Wyatt and I were laying in my bed having some quiet time before bed. He loves to cuddle lately and if I try to get up I basically get put in a choke hold and am told I can't leave.
So we are laying there in silence and here's how the rest of this story goes....

Wyatt: "Hey mommy"
Me: "Yes boog?"
Wyatt: "You are the best"
Me: "Ah, thank you hunny, so are you"
Wyatt: "You make me so happy"

Wyatt is all boy, he loves to wrestle and be rough and sometimes even mistakes me for a punching bag, but in moments like this I am so grateful. Under his tough "manly" 3 year old self, he is such a sweetheart and is so kind. Not a day goes by that he doesn't say something sweet or give me random hugs. And in moments like this, I realize that it all is going to be okay.

Video From Santa

This is super cute and a really good idea for the young kids! Wyatt got a kick out of it. Video from Santa.

Not much has happened since I last posted. We had a good Thanksgiving with our family and I turned 27, which is still weird. Jenn put together a really fun birthday party and dinner for me, it was a blast.

In other news, I have to say I am quite proud of myself. I am pretty much all done with my Christmas shopping minus a few last touches. Last year I was a complete last minute shopper and did it in the few days right before Christmas, which judging from the Christmas crowds I have been shopping in this year... most people wait until the last minute.

And.. that's about it!
