just look the other way...

I don't quite understand why people think it's okay to be shady! It drives me crazy! I guess I just don't understand that way of thinking. How by "fooling" everyone you'll get ahead in life and come out on top. It's rediculous! We have a deal that has been going on FAR too long. The buyer is an investor from California and I don't trust a damn thing about him! Contract after contract and a million extensions later hopefully this will be closing on friday. My boss talked to our client yesterday and it was a grim reminder of how long this has been going on. Her baby is now 3 months old, we received the FIRST contract the day she gave birth. I had to travel to Provo to get things signed, which is not a big deal nor the point. This buyer has put up SUCH a fuss about everything. He put down a BIG chunk of money towards these homes, he went in default of his contract which means our clients get the money he put down. And he doesn't "understand" this and made a huge fuss about how he needs the money to close on these properties and blah blah... but when it came down to it all, he called his attorney and threatened to sue everyone and "money isn't a problem, he'll hold these two properties up until he gets what he wants". I think I'm just done with dealing with him. Between him and the construction company we're working with I've had it. He's as shady as they come. Although...I did gain a phone crush on the other agent. He has a super hot voice and that's about the only perk to this whole crappy deal! Stupid investor.
