Real Estate Agents....ARGH!

Okay... So i'm all about using a Real Estate Agent in the sale or purchase of your home. I highly recommend it. However! Pick wisely! I work in a real estate office, which most of you might know. And seeing as i'm not an agent and i'm not violating any code of ethics rules or anything... I want to smack some agents! It seems that just anyone can go take the test and become an agent. The reason for my rant... This agent has called me two days in a row, and I just got off the phone with her again. She makes me want to pull my hair out! We have a client in short sale (which basically means...hi i stopped paying my mortgage) and she obviously is very privy to the short sale procedure...which I am not so much, but I'm learning! So for the past two days i've received these calls from this agent and have been lectured about what I'm doing wrong...and that I don't call the bank merely enough and so on... well hunny, I will GLADLY give you the number to the bank so that you can sit on hold for 30-60 minutes if not longer in the hopes of finally speaking with someone. I do understand this is important, so I try my best to stay on the line as long as I can. But I'm busy! Grrr, I just wanted to hang up on her! But I think I found the perfect time to call the bank! I only waited 4 minutes which is a miracle!

Anyway... I think I really like my friend Matt. We met a little over a year ago but it was right after he divorced his wife. So I knew that at that moment we were to just be friends. Not because he's divorced, but that's just not a time to jump into another relationship especially when the emotions are all over the place! He's super cute and I always smile when I get a text from him. Which is really dorky. He's working in Page Arizona right now and might be there until next summer. I'm not sure that anything would ever happen...it would be nice, but I'm not hoping for too much. I guess I'm writing about it because I just realized my feelings have changed. My goal is to be totally smokin hot when he comes back and then he won't know what hit him haha I feel so much like a little school girl right now... how dorky. lol I think I'll stop now!
