Seeing as I was told I need to post a blog more often to help feed a sick addiction here it is! I'm not too sure of what to really blog about. It is 6:30 and I am still at work waiting for a contract from this investor in California who is jerking everyone around and everyone knows it. Yet! They still are trying to make this work out, and I'm pretty much over it. This is my plea to take his earnest money and run! *sighs*
Okay so I left work shortly after and now i'm back... sorry for any confusion.
In the meantime... 3 movies to see (All three get violent at times)
Blood Diamond was totally intense! I think Leonardo Di Caprio is kinda a nerd, but he didn't do too bad in this movie! This is the most disturbing of the three and at times just made me want to cry! But it was still really good. Not to mention the other actor (forgot his name) is really good looking and has a great bod! haha
Lord of War... who doesn't love Nicholas Cage, Jared Leto and Ethan Hawk? All three of these movies are pretty similar. I love this one because of Nicholas Cage he's a total babe and his voice is hot.
And...Blow. I think Johnny Depp says enough. He is an incredible actor! I think this was my favorite of the three. This is based on a true story and the drug lord is still in prison to this day. The interview with him after the movie is pretty interesting and to hear his take on the movie was cool.
This is my disclaimer.... All movies are violent and contain language that is offensive. I enjoyed them and the views on the world that they gave and a glimpse into what is going on everyday! But they definately aren't for everyone.
Ashley I am just nodding my head, you know better, fill yourself up with good sista!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteSo I have seen "Blow", because, you know, Johnny Depp is my fantasy BF. I'll have to check the others out.
ReplyDeleteYay! Thanks for feeding the addict-sh.
Andrea, just close your eyes. And rock back and forth, or shake your head slowly Robyn style.
ReplyDeleteI watched Blow, it was edited on TV and it was very interesting and Johnny is amazing. I'm not to happy about watching violence. It hurts my feelings.
Well it shouldn't be a suprise to anyone, i am the black sheep. Good movies that deal with real world issues. LOL to the robyn comment kate!
ReplyDeleteWhatever, I am the black sheep, but the other way. Maybe you could call me the white sheep, and I feel very alone.

ReplyDeleteI am laughing out loud (cackle style) at the "I'm not happy about watching violence. It hurts my feelings." comment. Kate, you are such a tenderheart and that's why we love you!
